During 2009, the company completed extensive planning, site assessments, and environmental studies. Key permits and regulatory approvals were obtained, ensuring the terminal would meet all local, state, and federal operational requirements prior to commencing operations.

Commencement
of Operations
The terminal officially became operational, offering bulk oil storage and handling services. Initial focus was placed on building reliable transfer systems, establishing standard operating procedures, and forming early partnerships with refineries and distributors.
Expansion of Storage Capacity
